Privacy Policy — Fall Cube
Fall Cube (the “App”) is published by Ferhat Kortak, operating as Rekka (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are a mobile game developer based in Istanbul, Turkey.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the App, how we use it, and your choices.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Summary
- We do not require you to create an account to play Fall Cube.
- Game progress, settings, and purchases are stored on your device (and, for purchases, with Apple or Google).
- We use Firebase Analytics (Google) to understand how the App is used and to improve it.
- The App offers in-app purchases processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
- We may show advertisements through third-party ad partners. When ads are enabled, those partners may collect data under their own policies.
- You can delete local app data from Settings → Delete Account (this removes saved progress on your device; it is not a registered online account).
2. Definitions
For this Privacy Policy:
- App means the Fall Cube mobile application.
- Service means the App and related support we provide.
- Device means any phone or tablet you use to access the App.
- Country refers to: Turkey.
- You means the person using the App.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide
We do not ask for your name, email, or password to play. If you contact us at help@rekka.gs, we receive whatever you choose to send (e.g. email address, message content, device or purchase details you include).
3.2 Information stored on your device
The App saves data locally on your device, including:
- Game progress (level, scores, unlocks)
- Virtual currency and booster inventory
- Lives and timers
- Audio, haptic, and notification preferences
- Whether you purchased a “Remove Ads” entitlement (stored locally; Apple/Google is the source of truth for the purchase itself)
This data is stored using the device’s local storage. It is not synced to our servers unless we add cloud save in a future update (we would update this policy if we do).
3.3 Automatically collected information (analytics)
We use Google Firebase Analytics to collect usage and diagnostic information, such as:
- App opens and session activity
- Level start, complete, fail, or quit events
- In-game economy events (e.g. gold or lives gained or spent, boosters used)
- Purchase and shop-related events (product identifiers, not your payment card details)
- Ad impression events (when ads are shown)
- Device and app information typically collected by analytics SDKs (e.g. device model, OS version, app version, language, general location at country/region level, installation identifiers)
We do not receive your full payment card number. Payments are handled entirely by Apple or Google.

Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
3.4 Advertising (when enabled)
If the App displays ads, third-party advertising partners (e.g. ad networks and mediation platforms) may collect or receive information such as:
- Advertising identifiers (e.g. IDFA on iOS, where permitted)
- IP address
- Device type and OS
- Ad interactions (views, clicks)
We do not control third-party ad partners. Their use of data is governed by their own privacy policies. On iOS, where required, we will ask for your permission before tracking for personalized ads (App Tracking Transparency).
3.5 In-app purchases
When you buy items in the App, the transaction is processed by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation that a purchase occurred and which product was bought so we can deliver the item (e.g. virtual currency, remove-ads entitlement). We do not store your payment credentials.

4. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Operate and provide the App
- Save your progress and settings on your device
- Deliver in-app purchases and restore eligible entitlements
- Show ads (when enabled) and measure ad performance
- Analyze usage to fix bugs, balance gameplay, and improve features
- Respond to support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
Legal bases (EEA/UK users): performance of a contract (providing the App), legitimate interests (analytics, security, improvement), and consent where required (e.g. certain ads or tracking).
5. Sharing of information
We may share information with:
| Recipient | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Google (Firebase) | Analytics and crash/diagnostic services |
| Apple / Google | In-app purchase processing |
| Advertising partners | Display and measure ads (when enabled) |
| Service providers | Support tools or legal/compliance helpers under contract |
| Authorities | When required by law or to protect rights and safety |
We do not sell your personal information for money. Where U.S. state laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly (e.g. for cross-context behavioral advertising), we will comply with applicable opt-out rights.
6. Data retention
- Local game data: Kept on your device until you delete the App or use Delete Account in Settings.
- Analytics: Retained according to Firebase/Google settings and our analytics needs, typically in aggregated or pseudonymous form.
- Support emails: Kept as long as needed to resolve your request and for reasonable business records.
7. Your choices and rights
7.1 Delete local data
In the App: Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes local save data on that device. The App does not use a registered online account; this action does not delete data held by Apple, Google, or our analytics providers.
It does not cancel subscriptions or refund purchases; contact Apple or Google for purchase support. To restore non-consumable purchases (e.g. Remove Ads), use Settings → Restore Purchases.
7.2 Analytics and ads
- iOS: Limit ad tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Reset advertising ID: Use your device’s privacy/ad settings.
- Firebase: Some collection is required for basic analytics; you may limit certain tracking via device settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, or to data portability. Contact help@rekka.gs. We may need to verify your request.
EEA/UK: You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are in the EU, you benefit from mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence where applicable.
California (CCPA/CPRA): California residents may request access, deletion, or correction, and opt out of certain sharing. Contact help@rekka.gs.
8. Children’s privacy
The App is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in some countries) without parental consent. If you are under the minimum age in your country, you may use the App only with a parent or guardian’s permission.
If you believe a child provided us personal information, contact help@rekka.gs and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
9. Links to other services
The App may open links to third-party websites or services (e.g. privacy policies of Apple, Google, or ad partners). We do not control those sites. Review their policies before using them.
10. International transfers
We and our service providers (e.g. Google, ad partners) may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version at the URL shown in the App under Settings → Privacy and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
